1. How to buy
This is very easy! You simply choose which of our items(s) you want and add them to your cart. You then check-out securely with PayPal (you don’t even need an account!) and input your address. We then deliver the items(s) and ensure they are waiting at the address you specified.
2. When and where do I get my items(s)?
When you check-out you input your address at University or private address. We will ensure the box is waiting at the address you provided; be that your home or your university address.
3. Do you charge extra for delivery?
Please note there is free delivery for orders over £50. For orders under £50 there will be a courier charge of £5.99.
4. What if I don’t like the items? Do you have a money-back guarantee?
We do indeed have a money-back guarantee! If you are unhappy with the products in any way, all you have to do is get in touch with us by e-mail and we’ll refund your money – no questions asked.
5. What if my items are damaged?
If any items are damaged in the slightest we will provide you with another item – completely free of charge.
6. What if you have some questions about your package and delivery
Please email us at support@mystudentshop.co.uk. We are happy to answer any questions within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
7. What if I want to cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund. To do so, simply e-mail us at support@mystudentshop.co.uk. Also, if you receive your products and aren’t happy just tell us and we’ll refund your order straight away.
Internationals - Things To Remeber Before You Come To UK!
1. Electrical Adaptor
Turn your plug into a British Electrical plug. If you wish to purchase an Electrical Adaptor you can enquire at your local supermarket.
2. Travel Documents
Pack your passport, travel documents and University documentation in a safe place in your hand luggage. Make copies of all of these documents and pack them separately.
3. Travellers' Cheques
Enough money in travellers' cheques to pay for your living costs, until you can open a bank account and have money transferred.
4. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance for your journey to the UK. You may also want to look at www.endsleigh.co.uk for various student insurance products.
5. Prescription Medicine
Any prescription medicine you are taking and a letter from your present doctor to explain and pre-existing medicine conditions for your UK doctor.
6. Warm Clothes
Warm clothes and an umbrella or waterproof coat. Look under International tab to see if you like any of our items.
